  • 1. Returns and Exchanges:

    • We want you to love your purchase from Faith StJules. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

    2. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with any tags or packaging intact.
    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

    3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
      • Openned packaging (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
      • Used, washed, and with any tags or packaging removed.
      • Items on sale or clearance.

    4. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at stjulesdesign@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
    • After receiving approval, you will be provided with instructions for returning the item(s).

    5. Return Shipping:

    • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the item arrived damaged or defective.

    6. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

    7. Exchanges:
